Citizens Bank

As part of its growth with the acquisition of Charter One Bank in the mid-west, Citizens Bank leased an office building in Smithfield, RI to fill their need for more corporate office space. A space plan was devised using existing furniture space standards and past experience to quantify workstations, offices, meeting rooms, and support spaces. This enables the design team to begin plans early so that construction of the office space could be completed within sixty days and occupied within one hundred twenty days. A cafeteria, along with more office space, was completed the next year in Phase II of the project.
