Citizens Bank

Citizens Bank of Providence, RI nearly doubled its size by obtaining the entire retail and middle market portfolio from Mellon Bank in PA. Citizens Bank was required to establish its own operations units and to have them fully functioning within six months of purchase. The project consisted of renovating the three top floors of a 75 year-old department store on Market Street in downtown Philadelphia.
