Built in a highly visible office park in close proximity to a local Airport, the data center is as reliable as any. With 2N+1 mechanical and electrical systems this new data center was created to serve as a flagship facility for the company’s technology, conveying a clean and progressive architectural statement.

An efficient and fully compartmentalized 2(N+1) dual path mechanical and electrical infrastructure visible from 270-degrees required thoughtful design and sensitive siting of the building. The second floor data and command center is supported by electrical rooms and chiller piping from below. Mechanical and electrical systems are protected by a walled yard, utilizing pre-cast panels keeping vehicular circulation outside the 100’ security buffer. A covered pedestrian walkway leads into the dramatic two-story lobby, and serves as an organizing element.
