An important part of Integrated Design Group's initial design strategy is to provide clear and precise information during the planning process that facilitates our client's decision-making process. The step is integral to the creation of a finished product that meets both the design and financial expectations of everyone involved.
Organization and delivery of information is a useful tool. At Integrated Design Group, we find it important to present information in the form of viable options to our clients, with pertinent "pros" and "cons," along with any cost and/or scheduling impact followed by a recommendation of an approach to take. This provides all team members with the information needed to facilitate timely decision-making.
